Suja Nair has been a freelance court reporter for 11 years and currently works as a court reporter for Gore Brothers Reporting and Videoconferencing.  Suja graduated from University of Maryland, College Park and holds a BA in English Lit.  After obtaining her BA, she then attended RAV (Reporting Academy of Virginia).   She first started teaching court reporting courses 12 years ago when she was a student at RAV.  She has been teaching Theory I and Theory II for the past three years at Anne Arundel Community College.  Suja is a member of the Education Advisory Committee of the Maryland Court Reporters Association.

Alice Welsh has been a court reporter since 1978.  In Virginia, she worked for the Alcohol and Beverage Control Board as an official doing hearings and owned a small freelance firm.  After a lengthy absence to raise her children and a move to Maryland, she currently works for the Workers’ Compensation Commission as an official doing hearings.  She was the lead instructor for Harford Community College’s court reporting program since 2003.  She is a member of the National Court Reporters Association, the Maryland Court Reporters Association, the Education Advisory Committee under the Maryland Court Reporters Association, and the Court Reporting Committee under Judge Robert M. Bell.

Joe Grabowski, RMR, President/CEO of Gore Brothers, began reporting in the Baltimore/DC area in 1976.  He started providing realtime to attorneys and the deaf/hard-of-hearing in the mid 1980's.  Joe has covered depositions in various locations in the United States, Spain, Greece and has taken statements from survivors of WWII German concentration camps in Poland.  He is a member of the National Court Reporters Association, past president and board member of the National Network of Reporting Companies, and past president of the Maryland Court Reporters Association.  Joe is chairman of the Education Advisory Committee of the Maryland Court Reporters Association, and was appointed by Chief Judge Robert M. Bell to the State of Maryland's first Court Reporters Committee.
